I couldn't put this book down and when I had to I couldn't wait to pick it back up again Here's the kicker you would have thought it was because I absolutely loved it but that isn't uite right It definitely snagged my attention so kudos to the author for that but I had issues with both characters Cash was a serious man whore with secrets and the final one was a doozy I actually just figured out what was coming but am still lost as to the why I get it has to do with guilt but there has to be to what would lead him to make such a monstrous decision My issues with him stem from those bad decisions and the fact that he didn't understand where she was coming from but expected her to deal with his issues I just wasn't sure what I felt for him As for uinn who walks away without asking why WTF And that is after I spent a bit of time sighing over her infatuation denial throughout the book I give her credit for sticking to her guns regarding her dreams but her daddy issues rubbed me the wrong way That isn't to say that I didn't enjoy enough of the story to become invested in what happens next it just means that these characters need a bit of a reality check or I may end up pulling out my hair in frustration by the end of the series

There was a whole lot of thisand thisYup That groupie or puck bunny in this case loveHonestly the book was full of drama which at least helped to keep things interestingI couldn't connect with either of the main characters uinn was supposed to be depicted as a good girl a daddy pleaser but to me she came off as weak judgmental and condescending Cash was what the stereotypical star athlete would be Narcissistic arrogant inconsiderate alpha and promiscuousThe two of them together made no sense How they even hooked up is still a mystery to me How does one give oneself to a guy who constantly flaunts his conuests much less fall in love with hiim I was baffled while reading this entire storyThe book's ending was left unfinished in anticipation of the second book of the series Perfect Love which is slated to come out in 2017 I'll be reading that because I just have to know how the author is going to redeem her charactersXO

Perfect Sense Perfect Series #1Interning as the new marketing coordinator for the Bexley Bruisers American Hockey League team The last thing she needs is to waste her time on guysespecially one as lethal to her focus as Ca. I finished this book even though I wanted to DNF in the first 30% Cash was just gross a total slutty whore and other than how hot everyone thought he was I saw nothing to recommend him I get that hes meant to be some sort of tortured hero with a complex but this trope can be and has been done a lot better than this elsewhere I get this is a romance novel and his pursuit of uinn was meant to be some form of alpha romantic shit that should make me swoon but seriously it just left a bad taste in my mouth Like seriously what kind of guy kisses a girl when she explicitly says no That was some rapist shit right there and I honestly can't deal with that sort of 'hero' I did finish the book even though I was mostly skimming near the end and it really didn't get much better not enough to redeem it anyway Cash did show a softer side when he took uinn on the getaway but still it didn't make up for my total lack of understanding of how they got to that position in the first place and all his secrets And really his actions later on in the book ruined it anyway I mean seriously he expects her to give up Harvard to follow him because uote She could get an MBA from anywhere I mean seriously I just couldn't understand why uinn didn't kick him to the curb right then and there but I guess after she took all his other bullshit I'm not sure why I'm surprised I won't be reading the next book in this series even though I am slightly curious about what that last scene was all about because this book was torture enough
